Our Rug Spa Cleaning Process

The difference is in the steps, not just the wash.

1. Inspection & Dye Testing

We examine fibers, construction, stains, pet damage, and color stability.

2. Dusting & Dry Soil Removal

We remove the pounds of dust, dirt, hair, and grit that vacuuming can’t reach.

3. Pre-Treatment & Spot Care

We gently apply cleaners formulated specifically for wool, silk, and natural fibers.

4. Full Submersion Hand Wash

Your rug is washed by hand, not pressure-sprayed or “surface cleaned.”

5. Controlled Clean Water Rinse

We rinse until the water runs clear — no soap, no residue.

6. Centrifuge or Flat Table Dry

We dry rugs evenly and safely to protect shape and color.

7. Fringe Cleaning & Detail Grooming

Hand-combed, whitened if needed, and restored to look fresh.

8. Final Inspection

We don’t return the rug until it’s spa clean.
