Most of the homes we visit have a dog or a cat, so getting rid of pet urine and odor is a big part of our work. We find where the urine has soaked in and treat it at the source instead of covering it with fragrance. Every technician learns our full cleaning process before working in a customer’s home. Before we start, we walk through the rooms with you, point out any stains that may not come out completely, and explain what we plan to do and why. You get a clear price up front, with no pressure and no sales pitch for extras you don’t need.
On cleaning day, we move light furniture, pre-treat traffic lanes and spots, then rinse and extract with hot water. We finish by grooming the carpet so it dries evenly and walk through the rooms with you before we leave.
How often should carpet be cleaned? For most Nashville homes, every 6 to 12 months keeps soil from wearing down the fibers. Homes with pets, kids or allergies usually do best closer to every six months. After a visit, most carpet is dry in about 4 to 8 hours, and running your fans or air conditioning speeds things up.

Deep Steam Services
We clean with top-of-the-line truck-mounted hot water extraction and green solutions that are safe for kids and pets, and most carpet is dry in about 4 to 8 hours. The truck-mounted system stays outside in our truck, so the noise and exhaust never come inside. It heats the rinse water on site and pulls the dirty water back out to the truck with strong suction, leaving less residue behind than a portable machine.
Carpet cleaning: our 11-step process covers inspection, pre-treatment, grooming, hot water extraction, pH neutralizing and speed drying, for whole homes, single rooms, stairs and rentals.
Upholstery cleaning: couches, sectionals, recliners and dining chairs, tested before we clean. A couch is $175 and a sectional is $300.
Rug cleaning: oriental, Persian, wool and silk rugs are washed in-plant at Silk & Shine Rug Spa, our own rug cleaning facility.
Tile and grout cleaning: kitchens, bathrooms, entries and showers, with optional sealing.
Hardwood floor care: from a deep clean to a recoat or a complete refinish.
Pet urine and odor treatment: urine located and treated with enzymes in carpet, pad, rugs and furniture.
Water damage restoration: water extraction and drying after leaks and floods, with calls answered 24 hours a day.
