What Upholstery Cleaning Costs in Antioch

These are the prices listed in our online price book, the same ones shown on our upholstery cleaning page:

  • Couch, 2 to 3 seats (up to 7 linear ft): $175
  • Sectional, 5 to 6 seats: $300
  • Appointment minimum: $175 per visit

The minimum matters if you only have a loveseat or a couple of dining chairs. A lot of Antioch customers add those pieces to a carpet cleaning visit instead, since carpet is $75 per room and the whole visit counts toward the same minimum. Larger sectionals, recliners and mattresses are priced in the price book or quoted when you call, and your technician confirms the price before any work starts.

Apartments, Rentals and Move-Outs

A large share of the calls we get from Antioch come from apartments and rental houses, and the questions are practical:

  • Upper floors. Tell us the floor and where we can park. We have options for upper-floor units and will confirm access and the best method when you book.
  • Furnished units. Landlords and property managers can have the couch, chairs and mattress in a furnished unit cleaned during the same visit as the carpet between tenants.
  • Move-out timing. Most pieces are dry in 2 to 4 hours with air movers. If you’re handing in keys the same day, book a morning slot and leave a fan running.
  • Receipts. You get a receipt listing the pieces cleaned, which some leases and landlords ask for.

How We Clean Different Fabrics

Most of what we see in Antioch living rooms is polyester or microfiber, often on a big family sectional that gets daily use. Those fabrics usually take a full hot water extraction well, which rinses out body oil along the arms and headrests, food spills and the gray film that builds up on seat cushions.

Some fabrics need a gentler approach. Before anything gets wet, we check the manufacturer’s cleaning code on the tag and test a hidden spot for color and texture changes. Velvet, linen, cotton blends and some microfiber get a low-moisture method so the cushions aren’t soaked. Cleaning solutions are selected for the material and used according to manufacturer directions.

If a piece has a pet urine problem, that’s a different job from routine cleaning. Urine goes into the cushion foam, so it needs enzyme treatment first. Our pet urine and odor removal in Antioch page explains how we handle it.

Before Your Appointment

Clear pillows, blankets and anything stored under the cushions. Let us know about loose seams or tears so we can work around them. If the fabric tag has been cut off, a photo of the couch and the brand name helps. Our rug and upholstery prep guide has the full list. Planning a carpet cleaning too?
