Upholstery Cleaning from Our Smyrna Location

Deep Steam Floor Care & Restoration has a Smyrna location at 1231 Rimrock Rd, Smyrna, TN 37167, so Smyrna couches, sectionals, recliners, dining chairs and mattresses are cleaned by a crew that’s already working in Rutherford County. We clean in your home, after testing each fabric, and you can use the same number for Smyrna, Murfreesboro or Nashville service: (615) 482-5590.

Since 2017 we’ve worked with more than 8,000 clients and earned 1,200+ 5-Star Google Reviews. You can book online with our Housecall Pro price book and see the price before you confirm.

Prices for Couches, Sectionals and Chairs

  • Couch, 2 to 3 seats (up to 7 linear ft): $175
  • Sectional, 5 to 6 seats: $300
  • Appointment minimum: $175 per visit

Those are the same prices shown on our main upholstery cleaning page. Recliners, chairs, mattresses and larger sectionals are listed in the price book or quoted on the phone. If you’re booking a single armchair or a set of dining chairs, adding a room or two of carpet ($75 per room) or a staircase ($75 per set, up to 17 steps) uses the minimum on work you’d likely want done anyway. Your technician confirms the price before starting.

Light Fabrics, Performance Fabrics and Leather

Many Smyrna homes are newer construction, and the furniture in them tends to follow the same pattern: big light-colored sectionals in open living areas, upholstered dining chairs next to the kitchen, and a sofa or two marketed as a “performance” fabric. A few things we tell Smyrna customers about those pieces:

  • Light sectionals show traffic first. The gray band on seat fronts and armrests is mostly body oil and everyday soil. Hot water extraction on synthetic fabrics rinses it out rather than just brightening the surface.
  • “Performance” doesn’t mean the same thing on every label. Some of these fabrics tolerate hot water well, and some don’t. We read the cleaning code and test a hidden spot before choosing a method.
  • Dining chairs collect a little of every meal. They’re cleaned seat by seat with an upholstery tool, and wood frames are kept dry.
  • Leather is a separate process. Leather furniture is cleaned and conditioned with leather products, not steam.

Delicate and natural fibers such as linen, velvet and cotton blends get a low-moisture method with controlled agitation. Cleaning solutions are selected for the material and used according to manufacturer directions.

Ready When You Are

Deep Steam has served 8,000+ clients across Middle Tennessee since 2017. See your price and book online, or call (615) 482-5590.

Drying and What to Expect

We groom the fabric and set up air movers so it dries evenly. Most pieces are dry in 2 to 4 hours. Spots from ink, dye transfer from jeans, or stains that were treated with heat may lighten rather than disappear, and we’ll tell you that up front. If cushions smell like pet urine, that needs enzyme treatment before cleaning; see pet urine and odor removal in Smyrna.

Clear pillows, throws and items under the cushions before we arrive. Our upholstery prep guide covers the rest. Booking carpet too? See carpet cleaning in Smyrna.
